Congo: What you can do

The Enough Project was co-founded by Gale Smith and John Prendergast -- two human rights leaders determined to abolish genocide. The project has launched Raise Hope for Congo, a campaign to protect and empower women and girls in Congo.

You can become an advocate for these women and children in less than five minutes, by signing a petition asking the next President of the United States to present a plan for putting an end to the scourge of violence against women and children in Congo.

YouthAIDS is an education and prevention program of PSI.org. The program uses media, pop culture, music, theatre and sports to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. With the help of their most prominent Ambassador, Ashley Judd, YouthAIDS reaches 600 million young people in more than 60 countries with life-saving messages, products, services and care.

A donation of just $10 to YouthAIDS can help to educate and protect a young adult from HIV for an entire year. Donations made here are applied specifically to children in Congo.
